Connect your phone to your PC via ActiveSync
Click the explore button in ActiveSync and navigate to the \temp folder
Copy the .cab file to your phone in the \temp folder
Open the File Manager on the phone
Use you arrow keys to navigate to the temp folder and press the left soft key to bring up the List View
Use your arrow keys to navigate to the .cab file you installed there and click the blue action button
The installed will launch automatically
Select if you want to install the software to the phone or to the storage card (this is only an option if you have a card).
When the install is done select OK.
