If you are like many other folks, once you sync to your PC you will find your clock is off by an hour, two, or more. What you need to do is verify the time zone and daylight savings time setting in Outlook, it is probably overriding your phone. In outlook on your desktop PC, click on >Tools >Options >Calendar Options >Time Zone and set it to your correct time zone.
