Click programs from the home screen.
Select Settings from the list of programs.
Click 9 for More...
Click 4 for Remove Programs
Select the undesirable program from the list by selecting it's number, if you don't see it on the first screen, 9 will bring up more programs.
You will have to confirm that you do indeed want to remove the program
Click OK when it is done being removed.
Done

Sometimes a program will add folders to your phone that trips up the "Remove Programs" feature. If that's the case, you may need to use the "File Manager" to delete folders too.
