I just need what room can use mp3 ring tones
i make all steps in registry editor to use mp3 ring tones
on storage card
but when i choose the file ( apear the name)
the phone says invalid file, cant open
something like that

in anothers forum i see some people of c500 saying a rom who can use mp3 ring tone

but nothing to smt5600
and i need learn how i see my rom

mp3 ring tone custom work fine when i put in storage folder but dont work when i put the storage card\my documents\sound ( i put in registry, apear the sound but don´t play)
why?

I don't think any of them can play MP3 rings from the SD card. Only WAV and WMA work as far as I know. I'm not sure what the reason for this is, but I have just found it easier to convert the rings I have to WMA or WAV format than try to find a work around.
