I have been able to put music and ringtones onto my phone by copying them into the my documents folder, but when I try to play them, they are played in a faster speed and the pitch is higher. I have tried both .wav and .mp3 files, and they both have the same problem. Can anyone help?

I answered my own question... it seems that all I had to do was take out the battery while the phone was running. Go figure.
